Dissemination of knowledge of energy saving concepts for utility buildings.

For the Netherlands Agency for Energy and the Environment a plan was developed to disseminate up to date knowledge about energy saving lighting concepts for utility buildings. In close co-operation with domain experts (engineers, consultants, and producers) and demand side communication means were developed aimed at spreading existing expertise and promoting the use of new technology. A website was developed providing information, case studies, contact addresses and tools for free publicity.
